Temporary Deputy Speaker, just to give more information on the debate, the last statement of this good Motion says that this House urges the Government to urgently put in place measures that will ensure that all eligible Kenyans are duly registered and issued with the national identity cards. The measures could include this taskforce and the underlying words are “all eligible Kenyans”, whether they are in refugee camps or elsewhere."
