Temporary Deputy Speaker, all that I was saying before I was rudely interrupted was that we have a tendency here where Members of Parliament, or candidates, ferry people from neighbouring countries and the Government must be very careful about this. The Government must be very careful on this because we have people coming here as mercenaries. They come and help people go through; by the way I have a warning for our people. If you get people from across the border to helping you go to Parliament, or get whatever position you want, the people who are going to suffer later are those of that area. This is because the wrong people will get elective posts, and the right people will not."
