Members desire that to happen, all you need to do is to carefully look at your Standing Order No.263 and appreciate that it is within your power and right to propose amendments to the Standing Orders to the Procedure and House Rules Committee. Just look at the requirements placed on individual Members under Standing Order No.263 to make proposals to amend Standing Orders.
