    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the answer given by the Minister, but, as you notice, she has said that she is not aware, and that IDPs were being paid in accordance with profiling by the District Commissioners (DCs). I have a letter with me from the District Officer, Githurai, to the DC, Thika, giving profiles of the 254 IDPs. I would like to table the letter, so that the Minister can acquaint herself with the situation, because she has said that she is not aware of it. I seek the direction of the House on how to proceed thereafter."
