    "content": "We must admit that we were told, 20 percent was bad, and we had that from the former President Kibaki and former Prime Minister Raila - 20 percent is bad, and the work would begin immediately. Where is that work? They never started it. It is our duty, we get paid for it, and we are not doing it for free. So, we want to ask Members of this Assembly: “Please, let us be sober when it comes to the issue of the Constitution.” Like I said last week, remember the Supreme Court ruling said that by August 27th, if we do not sort it out, the court will. Please, let us not wait until the last minute and be sorted out by a foreign body. I thank you hon. Speaker and I support."
