"content": "The reason is that if you read Section 6 of the KRA Act, you will find that it provides for the composition of the Board of Directors of KRA. It states in Sub-section 5 of Section 6 that members of the Board under paragraphs b, c, and d of Sub-section 2 shall be Ex-Officio members and shall have no right to vote at any meeting of the Board."
