    "content": "The import of this amendment is that since time immemorial - and even in the previous NSSF Act, the quorum was always two-thirds. But because of the pivotal role played by workers and employers in this Fund, it was always important that the workers and the employers are present in the meeting so that, as business is conducted over funds regarding workers and employers, they push this forward."
