    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I second this amendment which is very important. We want the workers to be represented when the matters of their money is being discussed by the Board. That is the import of this amendment. If we had six members of the Board and the employees are not represented, they may decide to misuse the workers’ money. With those remarks, I second."
