    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) Yes, I am aware that the road is in a bad state of disrepair and this coupled with poor street lighting, leads to insecurity in the area. (b) To improve security along the road, the council has proposed to utilize Kshs583,800,000 in the financial year 2011/2012 to repair access roads in the city. Masaba Road forms part of the access roads to be repaired. To improve security in the area, the City Council of Nairobi will install street lights along the road."
