Speaker, we have debated and adopted several committee reports, key among those reports is the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs regarding nomination of members to the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC). The Report of the same Committee regarding the Petition for removal of the Chairperson and members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and the Report of the Departmental Committee on Health on Devolution of Health Services and the one that we have passed this afternoon on the National Security Surveillance Command and Control Centre from the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security."
