Speaker, looking forward, I am aware that the office of the Clerk has organised a workshop targeting the leadership of this Parliament and, more so, the National Assembly, including the chairpersons of committees, scheduled for mid- September 2014. The retreat will present an opportunity for the leadership of the House under your leadership to put their heads together and reflect on past experiences and chart the way forward for many matters aimed at improving the welfare of our Members and the running of the National Assembly."
