    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I am the Vice-Chair of the Implementation Committee. Some of the resolutions which we have been passing here--- Of course, we have had a number of retreats which have given us a direction. Maybe, we will be making some recommendations to the Liaison Committee. To be able to articulate to the resolutions and their implementation status, some of those things that we normally resolve here when we find the Cabinet Secretary--- When we go out there, they cannot give us proper answers. They simply tell us that this is a devolved function and there is nothing much we can do. This is the case and yet, we deliberated it in this House."
