    "content": "Hon. Speaker, as an Implementation Committee, we will be bringing some recommendations. We have already sorted out almost 70 per cent of the resolutions which have been brought here only to find that only 30 per cent is what can be implemented by the Government. Most of them say: “This is not possible! There is a court case that had ruled that we cannot pay the East African Community (EAC) workers. There were two cases on this matter and yet the Motion said that let us pay.”"
