    "content": "I have been following the Ministry of Devolution and Planning, Special Programmes, for more than three weeks now to try and bring them to the sense that there is need for emergency supplies to the people, particularly of my constituency. This has taken such a long time. It will not be worth anything to give food and other supplies when people have already died. We had better save lives."
