    "content": "Hon. Speaker, let me quickly talk about the issue of power and specifically Power bills that we have. Kenyans are told tired of high electricity bills that they pay to Kenya Power. If you look at your electricity bill, every time you get yours it is extremely high. Hon. Speaker, this morning we had a meeting with Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) and we were very categorical to them that they must start working towards making sure specifically power bills come down. We know for sure that the ERC controls the prices of oil or Petrol."
