    "content": "The Government wants to recruit police officers, they tell them, no, you will recruit them at our appointed time. They will decide when you can go ahead and recruit, yet we need those officers. That is where we are. So, there is need to amend our Constitution, but before we begin, let us audit it. I am glad this Parliament set aside Kshs81 million for the auditing of the Constitution. Maybe the Committee that is auditing the Constitution should have hired experts, and not activists, to audit the Constitution and then tell us that this and that is wrong, or this and that cannot be implemented. Then we can decide what to do."
