    "content": "Although Raila, his friends, and even Angwenyi, are advocating for amendment of the Constitution, let us first identify what needs to go to a referendum. I have heard some people saying that the American Constitution was amended through a referendum within 18 months. That is not true. It was amended in the Legislature. There was no referendum. Let us give this Government some time and space to do what they wanted to do for Kenya after they were elected."
