    "content": "We know the Government had come up with a programme through the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) of buying livestock while they were still healthy. I appeal that, through the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, the KMC should be able to mobilise services so as to be able to buy livestock while they are still healthy. This is because this is going to help the communities that rely on livestock to be able to raise fees for their school-going children and medical bills. All the services that they require actually come from livestock products."
