    "content": "If the Government finds that there is something wrong with the procurement--- That somebody is trying to insinuate that this House has approved the tender to Safaricom is very unfortunate. We urge you to put the record straight to the public, that this House has no business to approve tenders. The only thing we are going to do is put all agencies and Cabinet Secretaries--- Whatever they do they should know that this House plays an oversight role. We will exercise our powers to streamline them and have them do the right thing."
