    "content": "If there are people who imagine that Members of Parliament do not have work, I do not understand where they come from. This is for the simple reason that Members of Parliament have two offices. There is one in the constituency, where we serve the people when we go on recess. When we come back, we have duties in the committees. If somebody does not see you in the Chamber, he has the right to present a petition, but which cannot hold water, claiming we do not represent people. It is important to find ways to make sure that this House operates above board."
