    "content": "Hon. Speaker, because time is running out, I urge your office to look into this thorny issue in this country, namely devolution of health services. As a Member of the Departmental Committee on Health, we did a report to this House, which we want to be looked at and passed over to the Executive to avoid what we are seeing. Thre is loss of life because of doctors not receiving their salaries. As a House, we have passed all the necessary laws to make sure that the staff at mashinani have are paid, yet they have not received their salaries."
