    "content": "I also want to thank this House, and particularly the Budget and Appropriations Committee, for budgeting money to undertake the audit of our Constitution. It is so important that we undertake the audit, so that we know what we can do to our Constitution. When we passed this Constitution, we all agreed that there were many issues that needed to be addressed; we agreed that we pass it and then later on look at it again. So, I believe, the committee, or the body that is doing the audit, will do an excellent job, and a report presented to this House, so that we can discuss it, finally be able to adopt and then move forward."
