Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have an issue in my constituency, which was created from two constituencies – parts of Igembe North and Igembe South were brought together to form Igembe Central. I have been agitating for the gazettement of this constituency, because and the people of Igembe Central are being denied their constitutional right to receive service, just because we do not have a District Commissioner (DC), an Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) and a police station; any time we have problems our issues are not addressed adequately because we do not have the structures which are supposed to support service delivery."
