    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I wish to thank Hon. (Dr.) Pukose and his constituents, who have brought this Petition to this House. It raises a very important issue which borders on what has been ailing this country since Independence, corruption. It also points to an important matter that this House passed through a mediation committee about county development boards, so that hon.
