    "content": "I know this will give others a signal that nothing can happen without involving other leaders. An individual cannot wake up in the morning and decide on something that can affect a whole community. I am a neighbour to that place and a resident of Trans Nzoia. I know that people are happy about the facility, because it is only to Eldoret that everybody from Turkana, West Pokot and many other places runs. If a facility is in Kitale, Trans Nzoia will be there; it will help raise the living standards of the people as far as health is concerned."
