On 24th February, 2014, I submitted a Petition on behalf of tea farmers in South Imenti Constituency and on 1st July, 2014, I inquired through you why a report of the Petition had not yet delivered to the House. On that date, the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives gave a pledge to bring that Petition to the in three weeks’ time. Those three weeks lapsed on 23rd July, 2014.
