    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairperson. We are talking of compulsory acquisition. That means it is by force; this is a situation where your land is taken, whether you like it or not. The price given is not commensurate to the value of your piece of land. When you do not get the value of land--- If you do not take the money, it is deposited at the High Court at no interest. This idea of introducing taxes through the backdoor should be stopped in this country. I oppose the amendment."
