    "content": " Order! I can see that Members are struggling to understand. What we have done is that at Clause 3, there was an amendment which was proposed by the Committee. You voted on it and negatived it. So, we went back to the original clause. I hear that Members are having problems with what I see at (g), but remember there was no proposed amendment to (g). I did not have it on the Order Paper and I have not had any Member move an amendment in writing, the way you should. So, what will be in law is Clause 3 as it is. Now we are on Clause 5."
