    "content": "The Chair has just explained one part of this amendment. The way I understand it is that apart from saying that even meals that are provided by employer outside the premises--- His amendment is removing it from low income earners and giving it to all employees. I think this House needs to be clear that with his amendment it is not only low income earners who will benefit, but even those who earn super salaries will also benefit from meals provided by the employer."
