    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I just wanted to congratulate the National Treasury for streamlining the income derived from the extractive industry. I also want to indicate that when we get to the Committee Stage of the Mining Bill we should note that we have streamlined income and avoid exemptions that mining investors will be asking for; we have given them too much in this amendment."
