Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is to support the deletion of this because it is cheeky for somebody to include an amendment here to remove all civil servants from contributing to NSSF. The Public Service Superannuation Scheme Act that is referred to in this amendment is an Act that is said will come into effect when the Cabinet Secretary in charge will decide. So, the Cabinet Secretary can decide five years from now or even ten years from now that, that Act does not come into effect. I, therefore, support the deletion of this amendment on the basis that civil servants are also Kenyans. The Government must contribute for them to the NSSF just like all our house girls have been told to contribute."
