    "content": "Secondly, the Constitution is very clear. It says that no person shall be exempted from paying tax. The athletes have already paid foreign tax. The Constitution does not differentiate between foreign tax and local tax. Once you have paid tax, that should be taken into account when calculating your income of how much tax you should pay. So, we are within the Constitution and anybody purporting to say that it is unconstitutional is unconstitutional himself when he rises to speak."
