Temporary Deputy Chairman, really, speaking as a professional in financial matters and the one who has read that Article extensively, it is true that the matter before us actually constitutes a money Bill. What I do not know is why it was approved without going through the normal process. It is a money Bill because it talks about a proposal to increase or reduce tax.
