"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, my concern about “as may be approved” implies that sometimes that approval is not necessary. My worry is that a structure and a process for approving the same are going to be set up in the Ministry. The use of the word “may” in this case implies that officers can actually just let it pass. So, I would be happier with the use of more definitive words “as approved” and leave out the word “may”. That is my suggestion."
