    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I undertake to communicate the information to the Minister though, from the request, it appears that the genesis of the issue is the Statement by the Prime Minister. This being a cross-cutting issue, bringing together Treasury, the Ministry of Energy and the oil industry, we need to consult further to see whether we should come here with an update on where we are, arising from the Prime Minister’s Statement. The Minister for Energy issued a Statement last week on the same matter. So, again, we could be repeating the same issues that were discussed last week. In terms of an update, I would seek your indulgence as to whether we should direct this matter to the Prime Minister’s Office or to the Minister for Energy, as requested by the hon. Member, so that he could get a comprehensive Ministerial Statement. The clarification will determine the timing."
