    "content": "May I situate this matter. Hon. Jakoyo is my very good friend and he normally listens to me. It is important for us to situate this matter correctly. Firstly, there is no amendment on NSSF Act under the Finance Bill, proposed by Government itself. So, to purport to introduce an amendment when there is none on the NSSF Act itself contravenes our own Standing Orders. The sponsoring Committee as you have correctly pointed out, is the Committee of Finance, Planning and Trade. Just like we were the sponsoring Committee on the miscellaneous amendments, if we wanted to reject any amendment from any committee, we would not have brought it.
