    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairperson, I oppose. An amendment of such magnitude affecting even possibility of investing funds of pensioners, you need to engage extensively and discuss with even the employees’ representatives. COTU needs to be involved and all the other groups that are for the welfare of employees. Just bringing this amendment here at this point in time without even subjecting it to Committee, would do this particular legislation injustice. I oppose this amendment totally."
