When we were dealing with this clause, the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade indicated that it was dealing with compulsory acquisition of property. I have since consulted him. Since the original provisions in the clause are not dealing with that, in my humble opinion, those are clauses that I am actually supporting."
