    "content": "the moment is the accountability aspect of those who are responsible for the money that we are forwarding to the counties. We see a lot of belligerence in trying to respond to the accountability issues amongst the governors who are handling this money. The Senate should be decisive on what action to take and what constitutional amendments, if any, to ensure that this money is accounted for when it gets to the counties.
