But I think that I have appeared in several photos with Sen. Murkomen. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to seek a clarification. Sen. Murkomen has alluded to an amendment on the budget ceilings. I remember Sen. (Dr.) Boni Khalwale and I sat down and drafted some amendment which he moved. I am wondering which amendment Sen. Murkomen is talking about because I do not remember him moving it. He opposed the budget ceilings and we discussed it and brought an amendment which was moved and adopted by this House. Which amendment is he talking about?"
