    "content": "live in the 21st Century in this great City of Nairobi, there are Kenyans who are still living in the stone age in Kabulokor. They are still living in the dungeons of poverty, starvation and despair. Not much has been done over the years in spite of there being great potential in that region for irrigation from River Turkwel, to ensure that we are able to boost the food security in that region and make the communities independent. We have, over the years, made the communities dependent on relief food and even the relief food that has been given to them has been looted by some of the administrators in the region. That has actually exposed the community to starvation."
