I know a very good number of you are very seasoned Members of Parliament and legislators. However, in the Committee, contrary to what Sen. Wako is saying, normally we do not time debate. That is why there is no hour glass here. We are not timing the debate because traditionally in the Committee stage we do not curtail the number of minutes that one would like to speak for.
