    "content": "What I am saying is that the NIS is supposed to have representation in the churches, Parliament, kitchens and in any institution like the Cabinet. Everywhere they are supposed to be around once function is clearly identified. I do not in anyway mean they should recruit the Leader of the Majority Party. I was saying that is the function of the NIS. I am sure there are a few amongst us here and they should remain anonymous; they are part and parcel of that critical entity. That is their function, hon. Speaker."
