    "content": "I support this. I am looking at the qualifications of the nominee. He is fully qualified academically. He has good professional training. I have looked at the way he has worked in the armed forces. He has risen through the ranks. He started as a cadet officer. He has moved up patiently. If you look at the records and the way he has been promoted to the level he is, then you do not see somebody who was favoured. You do not see somebody whose promotions were fast-tracked. I support this nominee, because I think for the first time since the Jubilee Government was formed we have a bipartisan appointment which the President has made we support it."
