    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Speaker. The Member on the Floor could be misleading this House by saying that there are seasoned and experienced officers in the NIS, who were left out. History will judge us harshly if we lie since this is a House of records. It is President Moi who took the first step by appointing my friend Brigadier Wilson Boinett from the armed forces to the NIS. So, President Uhuru may just be following in hon. Moi’s footsteps."
