Speaker, I would like to take this opportunity to condemn what happened in Migori, and say that even when there is death in this country of one of our beloved people, we normally offer condolesences; I have not heard any regrets, or any form of apology, from the leadership. I want to support this Report and thank the President for this time appointing a very qualified person. Insecurity in this country in the last few years has been a serious problem."
