    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I have known and worked with General Phillip Kameru for many years. I want to tell the House that this, in my view, is one of the best things that the Government has done for the people of Kenya. Putting politics aside, General Kameru is one of the most well trained professional intelligence officers that we have at the level of a general in this country. If it is a question of suitability for the office, General Kameru fits the office of the Director-General of the NIS."
