    "content": "In addition to the suitability of the officer, he is a very competent officer. Intelligence is an advisory service to the Executive. The only comment I want to make is that Gen. Kameru, given the proper latitude to do this work, will be likely to see a reverse of the insecurity that we are experiencing in the country. What will be unfortunate will be if those around the President do not give him the actual latitude to execute his mandate as provided in the Constitution. Otherwise, if this House approves the nomination of Gen. Kameru, then we are going to see a reversal of insecurity in this country in the near future."
