    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I stand to support this Motion and a report that is dealing with the Director-General of the NIS. Also, I want to thank the Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations for the report. I participated in the enactment of the NSIS Act, 2012; it is a great thing today, more than ever, that the person at the helm of the NIS has to go through parliamentary vetting and approval. That is the gist of the matter and these are the benefits of the new Constitution."
