    "content": "If anything happened to the President in Migori which was unfortunate--- I want to thank the President although that Motion has been passed. Today, we have a Head of Intelligence who has been approved by this House. He has been designated by the President so that he can have intelligence. We do not want a situation where our community for want of proper intelligence collection, finds itself in the situation we found ourselves in."
